Advanced Engineering UK is back at Birmingham’s NEC today and tomorrow (November 4 & 5).
Encompassing the Aero Engineering Show, The Automotive Engineering Show, The Composites Engineering Show and the Performance Metals Show, the event will feature more than 700 companies and welcomes first time exhibitors, product launches and an open conference programme.
Advanced Engineering UK has announced that global Tier 1 automotive supplier Magna International is increasing its involvement at this year’s show, offering 1-2-1 meetings with interested innovators.
As well as this, the Enabling Innovation Poster Zone provides a unique opportunity for early stage innovators to showcase breakthrough ideas, products and processes at the event, with ‘poster’ submissions coming from incubator level organisations, university students, research-based companies and start-ups.
SAE International will also be at the event, hosting its own co-located Technology Symposium at the NEC. The company will be running four expert speaker sessions as part of the Advanced Engineering UK’s open conference programme.
The two-day programme will contain critical industry updates, collaborative initiatives and contributions from organisations that are active in developing the infrastructure of the advanced engineering sector.
Advanced Engineering UK is the perfect place to source new ideas, technologies and suppliers all under one roof. As always, innovation will take centre stage, with numerous exhibitors using the event to launch new products and services to the wider engineering market.
