Livingwood Windows furnishes new factory with Elumatec machinery

Livingwood Windows, a windows supplier in Bury St Edmunds has created new jobs with the expansion of its premises with its own factory.

With the company about to celebrate its tenth anniversary, the expansion of the new premises has seen it grow from 1,000 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet.

Livingwood Windows director Toby Golding has stated that the investment has allowed them to create “not only a factory but also space for our administration which we have relocated from Tostock to Bury St Edmunds”.

The new state-of-the-art factory is equipped with the latest Elumatec CNC machinery, which allows the company to create aluminium sliding doors and windows from Reynaers at Home. As well as this, a large showroom is also being built as part of the expansion.

Mr Golding (pictured on the left) said: “Manufacturing the products means we can keep our prices competitive. We now have enough space to deliver exactly what our customers want, from a one-off bespoke request to large multi-item orders.”

Livingwood Windows sells its products both locally and to national customers. Due to the expansion, it has also created a sister brand, Aluminium Sliding Doors and Windows.
